We have two purchase return policies. Please read our Instore and Online Purchase Return policies to insure you are following the correct policy with your return.
Exchanges: All exchanged items must be in original condition with tags. Items containing signs of wear, stains or odors associated with wearing the item will not be accepted or exchanged.
- Online purchased items can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt of the item.
- Items purchased in store must be exchanged within 5 days.
- Options for exchanging an item are:
- Exchange for a different size of the same item (pending availability)
- Exchange for different item of lesser to equal value (pending availability). Any cost differences are issued as Store Credit or E-card code
Online Purchase Return Policy:
- No cash or credit card refunds will be issued. Accepted returns will be issued a store credit in the amount of the item (plus applicable taxes) or E-card codes.
- Items purchased online or via the website must be postmarked within 7 days of date of delivery receipt of the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any return if we believe that there is any sign of wear, alterations, odors, washing or damage to the fabric, or if it is outside the return deadline. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied and sent back.
- Clearance and sale items are FINAL sale. All jewelry, intimates (bodysuits, tights, leggings), hair accessories are FINAL sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Damaged, missing or wrong items upon arrival must be claimed by the recipient via e-mail within 5 days of delivery.
Online Order Returns:
PLEASE REVIEW our Return Policy before you begin your return.
Customers are responsible to shipping returned items to EMB. Please return your item(s) by purchasing your own shipping label with the carrier of your choice. We recommend to shipping returns via a trackable method as we are not responsible for lost packages.
- Please provide information regarding the return along with the invoice and order # for the item(s).

Online Order Return Processing: Once return package is received and inspected by EMB, store credit will be applied to an E-Gift Card and emailed to buyer. Please allow 7 days from date East Magnolia receives your package to process the exchange.

Instore Purchase Return Policy:
- Items purchased online, excluding FINAL SALE items, may be returned in store for exchange or store credit only. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued. Accepted returns will be issued a store credit in the amount of the item (plus applicable taxes).
- Items purchased in-store must be returned or exchanged within 5 days of original purchase. Returns should be accompanied with purchase receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund if we believe that there is any sign of wear, alterations, odors, washing or damage to the fabric, OR if the purchase was made outside the return deadline. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted as a return for credit.
- Jewelry, bodysuits, hair accessories, and bathing suits are FINAL sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Clearance and sale items are FINAL sale.
