The Harper features an elastic-cinched neckline, waistline, and sleeve cuffs, creating many ways to wear her; above the shoulder, off the shoulder, above the elbow, or with a full-length sleeve. Complimented by a tiered ruffled-flounce hem, the dress falls breezily right above the ankles. The Harper Dress is the ideal combination of flirty fun, along with casual sophistication. She pairs wonderfully with a swanky boot, casual flat, or simple sandal.

100% Cotton Voile. Machine wash on a gentle, cold cycle. Line-dry and warm iron; dry-clean optional.
